Welcome to Moms Bee Hive, operated by Werner Harmonic Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our platform at momsbeehive.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Who We Are

Moms Bee Hive is a local family discovery platform connecting parents with kid-friendly businesses, activities, events, and playdates in their community. We are based in Woodland Hills, California.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Our platform is designed for parents and family-friendly businesses. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts (see our COPPA compliance section in our Privacy Policy).

3. Account Registration & Verification

Parent accounts require Facebook account linking and admin approval before accessing verified community features (Hive Chat, playdates, verified-only content). This two-factor verification process exists to protect the safety of our community and the children within it.

Business accounts must provide accurate information about their services. We reserve the right to remove listings that are inaccurate, inappropriate, or harmful to families.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or harmful content
• Share personal information about children without parental consent
• Use the platform to solicit, harass, or harm any user
• Post private locations or meetup details publicly (playdates must be at verified public spaces)
• Circumvent our verification or safety systems
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission

5. Child Safety

The safety of children in our community is our highest priority. Playdate and meetup information is restricted to verified accounts only. We require all playdates to be held at verified public locations (parks, libraries, museums, playspaces). We reserve the right to immediately suspend any account that poses a risk to child safety.

6. Business Listings

Business profiles on Moms Bee Hive may be pre-populated from public sources (Yelp, Google Places). Business owners may claim and update their profiles at no cost. Paid tiers ($40/month Local Sponsor, $75/month Express Suite) provide additional features. All pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice.

7. Pollen & Rewards

Our Pollen reward system awards points for approved deal posts. Pollen and tier status (Golden Hour, Honey Collective, Golden Collective) have no cash value and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

8. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content on our platform. We do not sell your content to third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

Moms Bee Hive is provided "as is." We are not liable for the accuracy of business listings, the conduct of users, or any harm arising from use of the platform. We do not verify or endorse any business listed on our platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, poses a safety risk, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time via Settings or by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
