No guarantee of accuracy or safety

Users are responsible for verifying event times, prices, safety, age suitability, business hours, and location details before attending.

Parent responsibility

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children and deciding whether an activity is appropriate.

Business listings

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, deals, photos, descriptions, and offers. We may edit, reject, suspend, or remove listings that are inaccurate, unsafe, misleading, or inappropriate.

Sponsored and featured placements

Some listings, deals, or newsletter placements may be paid promotions and will be labeled accordingly.

Prohibited content

Users and businesses may not submit abusive, discriminatory, sexually explicit, illegal, unsafe, fraudulent, or misleading content.

Payments

Business paid plans, sponsorships, and featured placements may renew unless canceled according to the plan terms.
