2. Facebook Login Data
When you link your Facebook account, we receive your Facebook user ID, name, and public profile information. We use this solely for account verification — to confirm you are a real person before granting access to verified community features. We do not post to your Facebook, access your friends list, or use your Facebook data for advertising.
Facebook data we store: Facebook user ID, public name, profile picture URL, and link date. We do not store Facebook passwords or private messages.
3. How We Use Your Data

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for targeted advertising.
4. Child Safety & COPPA
Moms Bee Hive is a platform for parents (18+) and family businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us at hello@momsbeehive.com and we will delete the account immediately.
Playdate and meetup content is restricted to verified-only accounts. We do not publicly display children's names, photos, or location data.
5. Data Sharing
We share data only with:
- Supabase — our database provider (data stored in the US)
- Vercel — our hosting provider
- SendGrid — email delivery
- OpenAI / Grok — AI features (Bee Collective). Only business content, never personal parent data, is sent to AI providers.
6. Your Rights
- Access: Request a copy of your data
- Correction: Update your account information at any time
- Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data (see below)
- Portability: Request your data in a portable format
- Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time
California residents have additional rights under CCPA. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account data as long as your account is active. After deletion, we remove personal data within 30 days. Anonymized usage data may be retained longer for analytics.
8. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security on our database, and admin approval workflows. No system is 100% secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
9. Rewards and the Community Honey Jar
Moms Bee Hive offers a rewards feature called Pollen and a monthly Community Honey Jar giveaway. To operate the program, we store reward data on your parent account only and never on any child profile. This includes your Pollen balance and history, your earned badges, and your monthly Honey Jar entries.
This data is used solely to operate the rewards program: tracking Pollen earned, awarding badges, and selecting and verifying giveaway winners. We do not sell or share this reward data with third parties.
You can turn off personalization at any time in your account settings. Participation in the rewards program is optional. Honey Jar winner selection is random and tied to verified adult accounts only. See the Official Rules for full details.
California residents may request information about, or deletion of, their rewards data under applicable privacy law. Contact us at hello@momsbeehive.com to submit a request.
