Your Sensory Preferences — Always Private

Your family's sensory needs belong to you. We never share them.

What data we collect about you

If you choose to share, Moms Bee Hive may collect optional information like your sensory preferences, favorite activities, reviews you write, and activities you mark as interested. You're always in control of what you share.

What we NEVER do

  • Share your sensory preferences with anyone. Not other parents, not business owners, not even our team. They're yours alone.
  • Analyze your child's preferences for diagnosis. We're not a medical app. We just help you find places that match what works for your kid.
  • Sell data to advertisers or other companies. Your sensory data never leaves your account.
  • Export sensory or autism tags to Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or ad networks. Period.
  • Show your kid's age or name to other parents. You stay private unless you choose to comment publicly.

Transparency

Here's how we protect you:

Encryption

All sensory preference data is encrypted at rest. It's locked behind your account password and authentication.

Admin access

Our team can only see aggregated, anonymous summaries. For example: "5+ families prefer sensory-friendly venues in this city." We never see YOUR preferences—only the patterns.

You stay in control

You control what's visible in your profile settings. Want to hide sensory preferences from other parents who see your profile? Toggle it off. Want to delete all preferences? Go ahead—they're gone immediately.

You can delete anytime

You can delete individual preferences, your whole preference history, or your entire account in your settings. No questions asked.

How we're different from other apps

Most apps track every click you make, what your kid likes, and when you use them. They sell that data to advertisers. Your phone gets ads based on what your kid is interested in.

Moms Bee Hive is different. We don't track your clicks to sell ads. We don't send your preferences to Google, Meta, or TikTok. We don't sell your data. Period.

For complete details on how we handle all information, see our full Privacy Policy. Questions? Email hello@momsbeehive.com.
